i don't have any pics yet but i have engineered a lokar shifter knob out of a WWII pineapple grenade. We are building one for the model A and having it chromed. this thing looks tits the entire top or firing mechanism is the button
by the time they were chromed it might get a little pricey and i wanna get one totally finished to see how it works, but would you guys thing there would be any market in building/selling these things?

Gernades are da bomb! http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
I read a book about Vietnam written by a guy who was there. His first night In Country, his new CO pulls the pin on a gernade and hands it to him holding the spoon with his hand to keep it from moving. He tells the boot that he has first watch that night, and that he'd see him in the morning.
The CO tells the kid to sit away from the guys in case he DOES fall asleep and the gernade goes off! The nervous rookie holds the gernade all night in trembling hands until his CO comes for him at dawn. The commander grabs the gernade and drops it to the ground where it winds down and nothing happens!
The rookie's jaw drops as the CO barks "Didja really think I'd trust a green boot with a LIVE gernade??!!" http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
