How do you upload a You Tube Video?

Get the code from the video...

Then 9Yhwdmv70wQ is the code.

When you are making the post use the advanced se tand you'll see a Movie Reel on the right top of the post box. Post the code and highlight it. Then choose the Movie Reel and voila...
