Here is the deal .
Anyone that wants to show up and or run their vintage karts in the upper midwest and show all these modern guys where karting came from this is it .
We can run for about 14.00 up from 11.00 in between modern heats on the 17th of October at Stockholm in Minnesota , This covers track insurance . This is a great track with elevation changes . No you will not need snow tires . There is camping available and also showers . This is a modern hi tech track .
They changed the date from the 10th to the 17th .
Most of these guys do not even know what Klotz and alky smells like .
The last time Dottie and I took the Simplex dual out there ,,, everyone that was at the place was at the fence watching where Drifting actually came from .
Dottie and I will not be the only ones There . Al and a few of his buddies will be there and we hope that George and Brian will be there also .
Please bring all your vintage and obsolete toys . There will be room for All .
Most of these guys have never seen anything older than a Raptor or an Animal .
Here is a link
Check the track out .

Food will be available .
This could be turned into a end of the season midwest event , Dottie and I would be happy make this happen as long we can get some people to attend .
This is our long term goal .
Both Dottie and I are seriously into this .

I dont mean to step on anyones toes ,, but motor sports are motor sports .
I ran karts before I turned 16 and now that I am 47 I found karts again.

Brian,

This looks like a very interesting event, but would it would be better if you posted it on the main forum. This one is only for thing related to the Day of The Drags at the Little River Dragway in Temple, Texas.
