The motor I got for the 28 is a 87 sbc. just a few questions.
1. fuel pump has the return line for the tank. What year pump do I want that doesn't have this setup. My pump is new, but I would rather replace it than look at it blocked off.
2. I am switching the dist. for an old points type. Do I need to run a resistor, and if so, where does it need to be wired in at?
3. Should I run any specific coil, or will any factory replacement work.
4. what is the proper way to adjust the secondaries on a q-jet? these are about 1/2 open now, so car had a pretty good bog to it. If you put a drop of oil on the top plates, it will make them open fully. I know alot of people don't care for em, but it works great other than that, and no use in replacing it right now. Thanks....Scott
