I know it's not hard, but I've forgotten how to run Defrag on my now dead slow POS.
I'm 99% sure running Defrag a couple times will speed it up again.
It's always worked in the past, but is over due.
Running Windows ME if it makes a difference.
Can someone please give me some clues.

After you do that a couple of times try this:
Start - RUN - type in: MSCONFIG - then select START UP
then un-select everything you don't need to start up everytime you start your computer ( which should be everything except your tool tray ) then click OK and click yes to restart your computer. This should allow it to start up quicker, plus run faster since you don't have all those programs running in the background.
