Yesterday I didn't feel like getting into a project, so I did a bunch of little mutts. This one has a spark plug as the body, so I figure he fits best here:)

It's Friday!!! Well I finally have something to show I've been waiting on for a while. I've been working with Skinny Dog Design group on a special line of jewelry based on some of my work and here is the first one out of the shoot!

side front tire on that buggy.

Found this in an old folder; I was learning Photoshop at the Portfolio Center (over priced trade school) in Atlanta way back in '94. Before Photoshop had layers we had to save 'selections' as a channel to be able to reuse them, which creates enormous file sizes...

These are fresh outa the oven at the ACME shop. They are only about 12" tall, cut from 1/8" cold rolled steel and mounted on a 3" tall chunk of I-Beam.

I'm a 61 yr old white-bread that hasen't had much exposure to this type of art. I stopped extencive traviling after my brain blew up in Sept of 2001.
There were some Low Ridders comimg out but not a lot of the culture behind what and why they were doing what they were doin. This platfourm has exposed this ol boy to some different styles that are starting to grow on him - interested in any background you can point me at.

3 hours ago I had nothing , and was going to leave it til next week , but , inspiration came along , so here is my 2nd attempt at Hand Embossing on to alloy sheet. for effect I used sandpaper on the tire's , scothbrite pad on the disc's and under belly , hand polish for the scollops and window screen. Its about the size of an A4 sheet of paper. Sketch is just a view I like of a traditional Belly Tanker , SORRY I'm no artist !
1st two views are with different light, 3rd view is from behind.
