trouble posting pics

I've been trying to post my pics this morning, but it isn't working. I just have them in an email that was sent to me. also, how do I shrink them so they are proper resolution, and what is the max reso? Is there something I need that I may not have? Help, its the last day I can post pics for awhile.Thanks

host your photos there.........it will resize them OR has a resize edit.......
