Hey,
I just registered and not knowing anything about this site I thought I would jump in and see how to use it.

I have a 1935 3W coupe that is needing a window riser mechanism for the driver side door. The one that is in it worked (somewhat) until a month or so ago and luckily it stopped working when in the up or closed position.

Passenger side is OK.

I think the 1935 3W had some different door varieties during the year but not sure what they are so I may need some schooling on that topic to get the right window riser mechanism.

Might someone be so kind to lead me in the right direction to do my own site searchs?

Thanks in advance for the help.

Best Regards

Welcome Fordblue, Now about the regulator, If it were me I would drop the whole thing down to the bottom of the door, then remove the glass from the channel. After taking out the regulator you should beable to determine where the problem is. Usually most of the wear is in the crank gears that your handle is attached to, I would try to rebuild your regulator if posible, I'm not sure if "Bob Drake" carriers regulator parts or not. You probably can use some parts from other years also. Hope this helps, you can always go electric.
