I'm gonna finish up plumbing the brake lines this weekend.
I know how I want to do it (tack weld 10/24 flat head screws with with Dad made nylon disk clamps to the top of the housing and tubes), how are yours attached to then housing, if at all.

I only plumbed two rear axles with hardlines for brakes. The first one was in a Pontiac I built for a neighbor and I simply banded the lines to the axle housing with large nylon straps. I slipped a short (1/2") length of small rubber hose over the line in at each band to hold the line off of the rear axle housing slightly.
The second was years later on a car I did for myself. There, I attatched the "T" to the 12-bolt axle housing using a bracket I made. The lines were run to the wheel cylinders and bent to follow the general contour of the axle, but I didn't strap them to the housing on that one.
Don't know if either way was "right", but they worked fine!
I ran the 32's rear brake hard lines down to where I could weld on brackets for black rubber hoses.
There is a black rubber hose to each side of the rear brakes and no lines on the rear axle housing at all.
Works pretty good, you do have to pay attention to any potential abrasive problems as well as make sure the rubber hoses aren't going to get squashed between frame and housing.
Other than that, no big deal.

If you keep the hard lines on the frame and run flex lines down to the cylinders you can pull axles or rear end and not have to rebleed the brakes. Plus, it keeps the rear housing looking cleaner with out lines routed on it. Nick
Damn, guys, you're making this simple task so complicated. Just drill and tap holes for 10-24 screws in the housing and secure the lines with Adel clamps. That's what I did when plumbing this rearend. I did weld a stud on the left housing to mount the junction block that ties the flex line to the hard lines. It couldn't be simpler.
Here's an overall look at the plumbing. There's an Adel clamp in the center, on the front rib of the banjo, and another about midway in the right housing tube. The junction block anchors the left side.

I guess there isn't any pressure behind the lube in the rear to leak through those screw holes, that looks like a good way to mount my nylon disks, I have a chrome plated motorcycle "T" to put right on top of the pumpkin area. I think I'll tack a 1/4-20 on top to mount it. I'm painting everything black anyway, so not much will be seen under a 46 anyway. Thanks for the input.
The materials are bought for the way AV8 has them run, but the 2 flex lines idea would have been better for disassembly later on.
