What time do the races start? and how much does it cost for spectators?

Gates open at 10 am racing starts at noon. 10 bones to spectate.

i know its probly listed somewhere and i missed it, and probly common sense would say yes ,duh,,, but is there going to be vendors at the track besides food,,,clothing,decals, art,movies,ect ect,,thanks
