This ad is for a 1952 Chevy Fleetline. This car is truely a blast to drive i am ONLY selling because i have a couple other projects to finish.
this car was parked in 1988 because of a bad master cylinder, it was a running and driving car when parked and never abused it only has 85000 original miles. i got it about 3 monthes ago and put a new battery in it and it started right up, it has since had many upgraded engine parts, but that just goes to show you how well kept this car was. heres a list of the upgrades ive made to the stock car.
new plugs, new plug wires, new cap, new rotor, new points, new coil, new battery, new brake master cylinder rebuild kit, new wheel cylinder.
the oil has been changed in the motor , tranny, and rear end.
new interior, front seats out of a 2000 honda, and the stock seat recovered, all new carpet and door panels, i also still have the original front seat if the winner wants to go back all original with the car.
the car has had the side trim shaved, and the antenna shaved, and the rear end dropped with 3 inch blocks.
all the windows roll up and down smoothly, and the doors shut great.
i have been driving this car for the last 2 monthes and have put around 400 miles on it and it has been running and driving great.
its not perfect though, the trunk needs a new latch, the generator may need rebuilt because the battery has needed charged about every other week. so the generator is working but it doesnt seem like its charging as well as it could be, the exhaust needs a new doughnut because it has a small leak,but cant really hear it unless the hood is open.
