This is a pair of paintings I did back in 1994. They are original watercolors on Arches 140 lb. watercolor paper. I did these paintings simultaneously, with the same color palette, so I've always seen them as a sort of fraternal twins. They look pretty good hanging in the same room together, and they graced the wall over our sofa for several years.
The subject of the paintings was a 47 Chevy I had at the time, but never did anything with. They were loosely based off some of my own photography.
These paintings are not framed or matted, so you'll have to supply your own.
They are both about 21.5" x 29" of you crop in to where all the staples were that were holding them to the board during painting.
I will ship these flat on some sort of stiff protective packaging. Prefer USA, but if you live elsewhere, we can talk. They will ship from ZIP 75142, Kaufman, TX.
Oh, and since these have been moved more times than I can count, there is a small tear near the top-right corner of the vertical painting. When it's framed & matted it's nearly invisible unless you are looking for it.
Shoot me a PM if you're interested.
Thanks for looking!
