I will tell you from experience that it would be a full time job. I tried and failed miserably. You have to have the good camera equipment. I tried to talk Evel into it last year.......

what about a pre pay/order, pay pal account for evil.maybe with some of the pre sale moneys he could cover his costs of getting here?

I have the one (the only) from 2003...most of the tape is the announcer going..

"umm..the staging lanes are open....if anyone wants to make a pass.....anybody...anybody...C'mon..SOMEBODY has to make a pass.."

ive got a mini dv digital camera. I can tape all of friday night and some of the pits on saturday but thats it. If theres a couple other people with cameras and someone who wants to edit all the raw footage then id be willing to donate mine to the cause.

I'll bring both my video cameras again this year, maybe let a few people take them around as well. See if we can get a group together and pool our footage. I have Final Cut Pro set up on my editing station but really haven't been doing much at all. Some stuff for local indy film guys but that's it. Time is tight. But we'll see if we can get it done. I'm actually back into still pics again.

Ill definitely film what i can and throw in my footage if it'll help. I cant edit at all nor do I have the software. I think we can get enough people to film, the hard part is finding someone who has the time and motivation to commit and will be able to get it done in a few months. Id love to have a nice video of the Drags to look at in the future.
