Are non-members allowed to race?

I'm already pre-entered with my '31 A, but a friend of mine who refuses to own a computer and is not a hamber is planning on trailering his Morris Minor drag car to the HAMB Drags. We'll be driving there together Sat. morning. Will he be allowed to race or is this a members only deal? If it is members only, I need to let him know so the stubborn ol' guy will join up. Thanks.

It's primarily for members but I am sure that not everyone is that shows up. Just make sure his car is hamb friendly.
