n00b with a ford.

Hey guys. A FNG from Huntington Beach here. I've been wanting a car for a while. So I found this 1950 ford coupe in san diego, checked it out, and will be taking it home this weekend. The engine sounds great, but the brake master cylinder is bunk so I'll be towing it home to a waiting garage full of tools and hopefully be driving it soon after.

I joined the alliance since I have a lot of buying to do.

I have 3 triumph motorcycles, and christ knows those things make you a mechanic. So I'll be learning as I go on this car, but it seems pretty straight forward.

The pics are from what the old man that owned the car before sent me. If anyone cares to see yet another 1950 ford. I will have more pics when i get it out of his garage.

Oh, and I come from the Jockey Journal where I'm pretty new but still know what's good on Ryan's boards. So I know I will probably be searching more than posting. And you won't hear any rants from me on China's rudimentary free market system...
