100% complete mostly stock running driving. I drive this car all the time with no problems. Has rare blc headlights, freshly powdercoated 1940 wheels, new pie crust firestones, new exhaust, new water pump, new battery, I have hood and hood sides, five stock wires with pretty good tires and spare mount all in good shape.
