I am getting ready to start the build on this car sometime in late July. Before I get started I wanted to see if anyone has a 30-31 Model A Coupe that they would want to do a trade on. I'm looking specifically for an original stocker that is in running/ driving condition that may need a little work.

Here's the details on the 49:

- will need rust repair on the passenger side lower and bottom door.
- this is a rust free car with the exception of the right door.
- I have removed all the interior for re-upholstery.
- removed the original running gear. I have a recently rebuilt, painted, chromed , cammed SBC and TH350 trans that will go with the car. Also fabricated the motor mounts to slide the sbc into the engine bay.
- have the original steel fender skirts
- car is a low mileage sweetheart that came from Nebraska.

I'm not interested in selling it, just looking for a Model A trade.

Well..Here we go again. I have started on the car so it has changed quite a bit from the last photos. The chop is mostly done but there is still some welding to finish, as well as the 1/4 window radius, molding, garnish moldings etc. I have also installed the engine and transmission in the car but that's about as far as I've gone. It's also been lowered via 4" blocks and cut springs up front. The ONLY reason I'm looking for a trade is that I'm a middle aged guy that has been "working" on misc cars for the past 15 years and have not had something to drive in quite a while. With my current schedule, I don't see myself finishing this one for quite a while and I'm almost to the point of burn out on working on old cars.
I have also expanded my trade considerations a bit to include:

1950-55 Cadillac Coupe de Ville

1948 -51 Ford pickup

1958 and 59 Chevy Fleetside Pickup

55-56 Ford Victoria

and the prefered 30-31 Model A

The criteria is that I need something that I can drive now. Don't care if it needs a little work.
