NO SHIT Sammy?? i did'nt know you had a long lost brother. i've never met my real father but my mom just got a court summons to appear in court because of the back child support he still owes (like 18 years worth). i guess they finely found him after being missing for nearly 30 years.he is somewhere in Arizona i think. the thing is my mother's friend of the court case worker was his cousin! i'll bet they looked REAL hard for him!!
anyway, good luck finding your bro.

Manuel L. Furlong, age 33...a hit in Montebello, Whittier and Covina(?), California.
Another hit for just Manuel Furlong with no age given in Whittier, CA.
Use various white pages or on-line directories to track down further, but I think you'll want to look in the Whittier area....hope it helps!

Let us know if ya find him...I know it may seem like a needle in a haystack, but these things tend to work out well if you're patient. Lots of Furlongs in California, but probabably not alot of Manuel Furlongs!
You also have to consider how he might be listed...under M, Manuel, Manny or another name if the phone is not in his name where he lives.
US Search has public records based on a person's legal name, so that may help, but getting contact info isn't free. (Although it IS usefull as a tool, since it will give names and ages along with a city for free...that helps when you know how old the person you're seeking is!)
Good luck!

might also help if you knew of birth hospital and if he has a middle name, might help eliminate others good luck

I know it is none of our business, but I think he'd be happier to hear from you than he seems to be. Like you said, you've never met him, so YOU didn't do anything that should have pissed him off.
But like I said, it isn't our business, so you don't need to get into the story.
I hope it goes well for you, man. Good Luck.

Glad you found him...family stuff can be tricky sometimes...but you made the effort and the connection has been established. If he wants to contact you, it will be easy now.
Best of luck to ya, Sam!

I hope all works out for you. Family stuff can run real deep and ugly at times. Give the guy time if he has not spoken to you yet.
I had 2 uncles that never spoke to each other since 1947, one died in 2001.
A co-worker at age 41 found out from his mom a month ago his "dad" is not his bio-dad. His bio-dad was a different guy and he was killed in a 1964 accident.
His "dad" that raised him does not even know the truth!
After his search, he found his grandmother died in february 2003. She was his last known blood realitive on his bio-dad's side.

That was truly amazing. In less than 24 hours a guy finds his brother with the help of two other fellow H.A.M.B.ers'.
He also gets a ton of support from other guys, I knew I was in the right place.
Congraulations Butt Reynolds!
A tip of the hat to Fat Hack and Zeke.
Truly amazing.

Sam, I'm sure it took a lot of courage to ask for help on this one, and it sounds like things are really coming together. I think it's great that you made the first step, and we don't need to know any of the details of why. It's so easy to think that your family might be the only people with problems, but you can bet that no family is perfect. But there is nothing like a brother, so don't let more time go by without connecting with him.
I didn't grow up with my half-brother Mark, but we met for the first time when I was 13. That was a shock to the system and very awkward, but we really grew close over the years. He's given me great advice and loved playing the role of big brother, and I'm a better person person having met him.
I wish you the same kind of luck. And don't think for a minute that people around here don't care. They will bend over backwards to help!
ditto what slowlearner said.
