free program to resize your pictures

I've had decent success with Irfanview myself. I'll try that other one if Irfanview lets me down.

just do what i do.........

start a free account with image shack.......


then just paste the URL of your image shack hosted picture in your "signature section" of your My Home information for the hamb...

so you don't have to deal with the size and stuff.
