41 to 48 Ford guys front fender patch panels?

Does anyone make lower rear sections for the front fenders? I'm working on a 46 woody wagon.

Thanks Sawzall, I called, but no luck. I've heard that nobody makes them. I just want to be sure before I spend the time to make them. The car needs both sides.
