Rusty, I recently purchased 1962 Vibro Shear MT-3. I'm looking for similar information. I am waiting for a couple of replies about parts and manuals and will keep you posted. I just prchased a 13 piece planishing hammer die set and upper hammer from deserthybrids.com, nice stuff. David also sells the lower die holder and machined one to fit my lower tool holder dimension. The upper hammer is another story, still trying to adapt it to my machine. I'll post any further Vibro Shear information, please do the same. Thanks, Chris

Galaxy Products in Sylvania, Ohio made some custom round collets to hold the Vibro Shears upper hammer .410 stem diameter. I had to buy 3 as their minimum initial purchase. They're $35.00 a piece and the minimum has been met so you can buy from them directly. Their number is 419 843 7337, ask for Mark and mention my name, he'll know what you need. Chris Conley

Try the Smithsonian Institutes online archives. Search for trade Catalogs on sheet metal forming machines. I found that they have information on the Vibro Shear, even the distributor, Montague Co Inc. I haven't figured out how to get copies of the literature yet. If you figure it out, let me know. Thanks, Chris
