As a seller on eBay I owe it to the buyer to ship the item as safely and cheaply as I can. The post office just came out with a Flat Rate BOX 14x12x3 1/2. I think you could ship a clutch, or a set of rods or four bricks coast to coast for less than FedEx Ground now. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Idiot time - Does that include the price of the box? http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif
This is probably relevant too the way parts seem to fly around this place. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

That Sucks! I live in Alaska, When will these folks realize Alaska and Hawaii are part of the US I have had arguments with sellers on Ebay on shipping where they state in their auction free shipping in the United States.

That's great news! As overseas military, I get same postage rates as mailing to New York, so these flat-rate boxes always help out!
Don't ever ship overseas military (APO) parcel post - it takes 6+ weeks to arrive!
USPS is definitely cheaper than FedEX or UPS for small stuff!

I just had 50 frickin' boxes (25 of each size) shipped to my house FOR FREE!!!, Even if you don't ship anything, 25 boxes all the same size stack nice.
Finding a box the roght size is half the battle with ebay stuff.
