Hi Im Hot Rod Todd.
We have
a 23 T bucket with a blown 540 Chev engine in it,
a 37 Topolino with a Jappa in it (wifes car)
a 26 T Coupe with a 302W in it,
a 37 Nash sedan with a 350 LT1 and Vortex in it,
and a really stock Austin A40 pickup that will get my spare 477 alky motor later next year.
The bucket ran a best of 10.2 with a very streetable blown 454, but the motor expired on a dyno late last year so we are upsizing.
The Topolino was bought for a street legal altered project, but my wife liked it with the guards on so they stayed and we did a mold of the body before I found out Rod & Race do an excellent one.
The T Coupe is tupperware and was the first one off the mold here in NZ back in the late 70s. Its been in a shed since 1994 and we got it at Easter & are tidying it up.
The Nash has been a 12 year disaster for us. lots of mates have tried to help but we keep giving up then starting again. The chassis is all done with Jag front & rear suspension and a 350 & Vortex supercharger/700R4 combo. Its up to panelling now but altho it looked pretty good, its pretty much out of shape.
The A40 Pickup was got so we can build a 1960s style gasser, similar to the Goodalls Gasser from Australia. i saw it run around 1976 and it was way cool.
Cheers
Todd
