My '64 Corvair Monza sedan is for sale. Asking $975 or Best Offer!
I pulled it out of a 33 year dry storage three years ago, cleaned it up, and the project stalled for personal reasons. I've lost my mojo; it's time to let it go.
The body is very solid with only surface scabs here and there. Floor pan is excellent, only three pinholes, that I can see.
Interior is excellent, bucket seats, rear seat, and headliner look new. The front carpet is missing. I tossed it during the clean up.
I have not started it since I flatbedded it home. I haven't done anything to the engine, so cannot make any statements about it. The Trans is the Two-speed Powerglide.
Two rear tires are new and unused. The fronts are original and still hold air, but will need to be replaced.
Have a seat of very rare sedan fenderskirts to go with the car. Two sets of wheel covers, full and dog dish.
Corvairs get good support through CORSA (Corvair Owners Society of America) and specialty vendors, so all mechanical parts are available and reasonably priced. This is a very doable car!
Price is $975/Best Offer (swap even for a Coupe DeVille!)
You must pick up and trailer or flatbed out.
