What's wrong with the clock?

It's 9:10 PM here and the clock shows 10:40 on the HAMB.
I could see it being off by an hour if I picked the wrong time zone but why the half hour?

Seriously though, mine is 15 min off and I know my puter is right cause I use precision time which synchronizes with the atomic clock.
