Sold on bill of sale. If you want me to title it it cost extra and Ill need a deposit. Its out of DMV records so no back Fees. It runs and drives. I bought some latch parts and havnt installed in side door. It needs plenty TLC. Its a project. It has windows in side doors factory. Was a old phone company Van. I can take more pics if your serious. I cant deliver. even though its sitting on a trailer so please dont ask. I sold my truck that was set up for it. There is some room for price adjustment.
