I looked but couldn't find them. I'm not even sure they ARE posted anywhere, are they?
Perhaps a Sticky is advisable during TechWeek to 'help' people (especially the FNGs) know the rules and how and why they are enforced stronger during TW.
Also, how about putting up a TechWeek-logo in the header of the forum during TechWeek so everyone knows right upfront it's, well, Tech Week!
