What to put in the beltline?????

I'm redoing the cab (53 chev truck) again, since I just completely redone the inside. Well the beltline has a gap, I'm not sure what to apply to make it better/sturdier. The rubberized bead stuff in the the tube. So what material, if any? Thanks.

what is the beltline? and why does it have a gap?

do you mean the one that runs around the back of the cab under the window? Its actually a spot welded join line underneath it,just leave it.
If you fill it with something itll crack or fall out eventually.
