were can i find ford trim tabs?

i need to find the flat peices with the stud on them for the front "custom" trim on my 50 ford. the old ones rusted them selfs off.

there shaped just like a T ??

i just need hmm 4 of em'

and i also need to find passenger side door trim, mine is all narled up :S
