HAMB dash plaques would you put one on for the hamb

Hey HAMBers , I was wondering if you would put on a HAMB dash Plaque. I have a buddy that I help out with his car and is more then willing to make us some plaques. Of course it would have to be with Ryan. I was thinking of something small and in two colors. It would be metal plate with enamel screen printing on it. What do you think? any ideas? How about it Ryan , all funds will go to the HAMB...

All those that were at the HAMB Drags received a very cool looking HAMB Drags Timing Tag. It has it place of honor on my computer/car memorablia room.

This is a good idea but somebody has to head it up and do it. Django and I worked like hell to get the calander idea up and running and it FINALLY happened http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif so this can happen too but believe me it takes a lot of effort. If you are willing to do that then go for it. Get some designs, find someone do collect the $$$$ and do the mailing etc. It ain't easy but it can be done. We did it with a much more expensive product to produce (over $3,000 up front) so you can do it too. Good luck!

Ryan, you should have a "HAMB store" page where we can buy all this stuff from or at least have a list of HAMB certified goodies and who we ned to contact to get ahold of them. it would help those of us who are too busy to keep up with every post om here but stil want the swag. i don't want to miss out on anything. window stickers would be great for meeting HAMB friends at shows and events.

I some what agree with you. but what about the HAMBERs that live oversees and will probabley never be able to go to the drags let alone bring there cars with them.

I havent been here that long and didnt go to the drags but I will say that this is the best site ever for people like us. I have met a few HAMBERs and bought or sold parts to some and they all are Gear Heads just like me and all seem to be very nice people.

I think it would be cool if we knew each other were HAMBERs at shows and such.

Yes, I would -- but I'd want it only a few inches wide by a fraction -- 1/4 or 1/2 inch -- tall, whatever wouldn't take over the whole dash and dominate it. It'd be a sweet little touch to the dash, not a centerpiece like other (less-worthy) dash plaques are.

I have been to HAMB events, been to HAMB member thrash and build parties, hauled broken down HAMBers hundred of miles, and all I've ever got was a cookie!
