This motor is in an Oliver combine. Has not been run in about 6 yrs. I dropped pan to replace oil pan gasket.When I turn engine over by hand, it stops like something is obstructing it. I can turn it backwards about 180 degrees and it stops again. Took starter off,no chng. Took valve and timing covers off,looks ok. Will a stuck valve cause this? Cannot see anything obvious wrong.
