For Sale and Wanted ad suggestions?

I don't know were else to put this but here it goes. I have bought and sold alot of stuff on here. I like how you have to wait the 3 days before bringing stuff BTT but how about putting a cap on the amount of times that you can do that. Say like so many times in a month or ? Anybody else have any other input?

what is the reason you want this done? dont make any sense to me at all, unless its cause you keep forgetting to bump your own threads and want help keeping it on top.

swearing has never been against the rules. only rule about language here is "no profanity in subject lines"

We don't consider our site to be a classifieds site, so we just aren't very efficient there. Maybe someday we will put some more effort there, but right now it just takes too many resources to police those rules.

Profanity? This isn't a children's site... I'm afraid I'm one of those guys that has a problem expressing himself without dropping an f-bomb here and there... So, you are stuck with it.

hell ryan, for all the work that goes into the classifieds and policing thereof, you should add another mod to help those dudes out... thats a TON of work they do, an i think they do one hell of a job of it.

3 day bump rules works fine - if guys read the rules especially the new guys.

Won't be going to monthly limits - it's fine as is unless Ryan says change.

My fellow mods do a fine job too and as far as a additional Mod - Ryan's decision.

Honestly - my complaint emails have dropped quite a bit,so most guys get it.
Have to bust newbie knuckes some times but they get it quick too.

I take this commitment seriously on selfish reasons - I enjoy it and pride of seeing shit come together/ grow to run smooth.

Ryan and I need to sit and have a beer though and catch up.

Today though I'm in no mood to train any new rookies though.

a guy can always do a little maintenance on his ad, you know, delete stuff once it sells and remove pics. i've even deleted all but the last bttt posts to make it look like the stuff hasn't been for sale forever. of course you guys hung up on post counts might not want to take any of them away.
