Wheel size charts?

I am looking for a good on-line chart for bolt patterns and wheel sizes for 30's to 60's wheels - Any help on there? Also how to size the bolt paterns ie 5 x 4 1/2 how do you measure this.

devide 360 by the number of holes, convert that to radians and multiply times half the distance from one hole to an adjacent hole and multiply times two.
