Anybody know what pitman arm it requires?

Tyler, a VERY close view of it shows that it has a tapered splined shaft and a nut on the end. I'd guess that you will be able to find a spline that matches it fairly easily. After that, modify the arm to make it work with your buildup.

I've got some interesting forged tapered I-beam parts that would make neat pitman arms.
