well I just got back from Lonestar and this was my 2nd trip. Took 2 additional people with me this year. Its always a great inspiration and the funnest car show I've ever been to.
Everyone I met from all parts of the country were really nice. Im always hunting, looking for good deals and wrenching in my spare time. With the spring like this I always think of cruising weather. Took the old beater 63 bel air, 283 3 on the tree.

Welcome to the site and be sure to join the Okie Hambers as this is the place to find local action. Try to make it out to the Road Killers show at the Gold Dome " Prohibition Room", 2nd Sat of the month at NW23 and Classen in OKC, these guys put on a fun meet every month.

thanks for the welcome I'll try to post some of my projects. The red 63 is what I cruised to lonestar. It might not have been nice enough by some but we had a blast and to people who are obsessed with worry about 40 year old cars they wouldnt have dared drive it. No problems with it, backed off the timing and rolled.
The 2door biscayne is what Ive been working on. Copper ralleys with 52 caps. Just put in a 283. The 56' havent decided yet and the 68 4dr Impala hard top I bought not too long ago to drive a little while in between.

Welcome from Guthrie. Looks like you have some good projects and drivers. I, too, just got back from the Roundup. My father-in-law lives in Kingfisher and I get over there every once in a while.
