What is a "Closed Thread" ?

I was just looking at the big thread for Deuces of Spades, and it said that it was a "Closed Thread" ?:confused:

no more comments can be added...Ryan felt enough was said about the subject so it got closed..Go to the Community Groups..there is a complete Group on this subject and all of its followers

The mods close a thread if it is getting too off topic, or for other reasons too.
They could have deleted it, as they do to many others, but since it has a bit of a following, they leave it there, but no more responses can be added.

This one will soon be a "moved thread".
