Please Explain something that's probably blindingly obvious.

I have noticed that now, some peoples names are in red and bold, and some replys to threads are also.
Why is this?

A bold thread means there is new content in it that you haven't read yet.

A bold red name means the member is an Alliance member.

A bold blue name means the member works here.

OK....when I go to one of my social groups, one that has a few different threads within it, a couple will be bold (new posts). However, when I visit only one of 'em and come back later, none are bold (unless it's had a new post again), even the one's I didn't visit.
Normal???

Well......you can "turn off" yer Alliance Member "tag" under your name....
