Well we are used to VDO ripping off people either there designs ore their money. But folks there is now a new sorrid twist to the story. When Django and I were sight seeing on the infamous venice beach boardwalk being overcome by thousands of women in bikinis and just as many T-shirt shops.
"You buy T-shart, tree fo 10 dollah."
"No dog allow in stoh".
"You need t-shart to remembah vacaton ."
And low and behold before my eyes as they adjusted from being in the bright sun Among the counterfeit orange county chopper and west coast chopper T-shirts was a fraudulent Von Drunk T. My God! They stole from are very own Hamber Abelugu! My fingers went instantly to my trusty verizon cell phone to hit the number the was the direct link to the abe phone.
What no service? So much for "can you hear me now"? and although malibu and venice beach are fairly close I don't think I can yell that far.
So in a panic I ran up the street until I got a faint signal on my phone and managed to get out
" Dude they ripped you off, call me back!"
Within minutes Abe had received my frantic broken up verizon message and called me back. In a better receiving area I explained the whole sittuation to our hero turned victim Abelugo.
Abe's response "See if you can find out who's printing them"
Ok, so we can destroy the bastards. I said.
No dude, they can probably make my T-shirts cheaper than I can and I won't have to spend so much time on them.
