My name is Gary. I've been lurking for a few years but decided to finally jump in and really introduce myself after I picked up a 38 Ford PU. I've been a hot rodder for years in one form or another and I finally came back to my roots (pre 40 cars).
Other then my love of rods I surf, I get tattooed, and I hangout with my family and friends.
This 38 is rolling on big/littles powered by a chevy 350/350 combo. Its a great start for sure and though I've only owned the truck for a week or so and with some hefty help from the H.A.M.B search function I have changed out the front brakes to a f100 drum setup, tightened up the suspension, re-wired most of the electrical, Installed a completely new exhaust system, reupholstered the seat with marine vinyl and a funky plaid up top. Future plans include some body work, replacing all the pitted chrome, some new paint, and wide whites.
Now onto the eye candy (well to me anyway :))
