1957 Ford Fairlane 2dr Sedan. Clean Oregon Desert car. It has had the rockers replaced poorly over the top. The rest of the body is original sheet metal, is super solid, and has had no rust repair. It has a so-so paint job. It's shiney but has some runs. The interior is mosly original with newer seat upholstery. Interior garnish mouldings have been painted decently. It has a y-block engine and automatic trans. I am not sure of the engine displacement. I was told it was a 312 when I bought it. But, I belive it is a 292. It runs ok. It is a bit cold blooded. The trans makes a noise but seems to work good. It goes down the road ok but I really have not driven the car much. I would consider trading up or down for the right hot rod or project. It is a really decent car that could be daily driven with a little work. I also have a custom / wagon bumper for the rear to get rid of the giant one!

Here are a few more pictures. Sorry the car is a bit wet in the pictures. It has water drops on it not paint imperfections.

BTTT. Okay, First she wanted to sell it. Then I was in trouble for selling it. Now I am in trouble because I have not sold it yet. I would take $6750 for it now. It is really a decent car only needing mechanical maintenence to be driven every day. It needs a little work but it is not a rusty dumpster that needs floors, quarters and such like most cars in the Midwest. It is hidden away in my Dads shed in Westfield, Wisconsin 60 miles North of Madison. I am in Illinois. It will take a little arranging to see it. So, Cash talks, Please no tire kickers. And No, I don't want to trade a Mustang II or some such car for it. Thank you for reading my rant. Please PM or E- mail me, don't post on the add.
