Last year of body style started in 1961. Clean, nice interior. Straight, never wrecked, very minor rust. All complete and original, unmolested dash. Custom Cab, auto, power brakes. Good tires, New rear brakes,(500.00) in parts alone.Currently running 360 with Edelbrock aluminum manifold w/ Holley four barrel, headers, electronic ignition. New stuff: besides rear brakes; new master cylinder, shocks, transmount, horns, oil pump. The engine is tired, doesn't smoke at normal cruising speeds. Runs, drives, steers and stops fine doesn't run hot. I've been driving this for the last four years.
4 yrs on re-paint, painted red. Still looks good. Currently registered until Oct. 09. I was fixing this up to use as my work/ weekend hauler truck. I really like this style truck but I have to sell it, and I'd rather have it go to someone who will either use it or (shudder) part it out, then sell it to the smog police. Also included is a complete '66 352 motor that I was told has only 60k miles on it. Paid 400.00 bucks for this. I saw the truck the motor came out of. The owner swapped in a built 390 that he took out of his Galaxie. Sorry about the length of the post, tried to provide the most info I could. Email me at Rivguy@att.net. I have a bunch of pics in Photobucket. Thanks.
