And their in season right now. Hen of the Woods is what they're called. This one was about 8lbs. Not quite as good as Morel, but pretty damn good and all you have to find is one of them. Tastes a lot like Oyster Mushrooms....

Nice find!! I've foraged and eaten many a pound of both. Unfortunately I haven't had the time to go for a few years. Bluegill stuffed morels are outstanding btw.
