For Sale a 1950's or 1960's Three Quarter midget. This was said to have raced in the Carolinas by Tony Orton. I have never found any information on him or this car. I bought this from a guy in Atlanta, Georgia 7 or 8 years ago.
Anybody know this guy or the car, Please let me know!

It was powered by a Crosley 44 cu in overhead cam four cylinder (has a unusable mockup motor in the car now!) It does still have original Crosley frontend, rearend transmission radiator, seat belts, dash outside hand brake, sundried metalflake gold stearing wheel and misc parts. The body is part fiberglass part steel. This has about 2 1/2" X 3" aluminum C channel frame.
The tires and wheels are stock Crosley not the ones in the picture. Has the nerf bars and front and rear push bars. These were just push started and locked in one gear .This was raced hard and needs alot of work. But a Great start!
My Dad an i were going to rebuild this. He passed away after we tore it apart. I'll post more pictures as i find them. If i can the first one will be when i purchased it.. SOLD AS IS! $1,200 It's located in Phoenix, Arizona,
E-mail any questions Thanks, John
