New Price - $700 US
I have a heavy duty pattern nibbler made by Heck - it's the Trace-A-Punch Model 4, has a 220 V, 3 phase, 3 hp motor, is rated to cut 3/16" steel and is designed to follow a pattern - cut a pattern from easily formed wood, plastic or light sheet metal (up to 1/2" thick pattern material will work), clamp it to your metal stock (steel, stainless or aluminum) and nibble away! It's like a poor man's CNC - if you can follow a pattern you can cut brackets, boxing plates, flanges, etc. It weighs about 500 lbs so pickup is best. $700 US. I do not have 3 phase power at my dad's shop so I've never used it here but it was running at my old place. Retails for something like $3600 US new.
Thanks,
Steve
