Hi there,

my name's Joe. I'm from Bournemouth, on the south coast of England.

I've spent 4 years building a Volkswagen Caddy pickup and it was magazine featured in the July 2008 issue of Performance VW. Now the time has come for me to part with that though.

I've hankered after a model A rod for years, nows the time for me to live that dream. So I'm hoping by browsing the classifieds carefully on this forum I can find one that I can ship back to the UK and spend probably another 4 years getting it how I want it!

I'm really after a roadster or a pickup, but it must be chopped and channeled.

Anyway I hope I'll be welcome here. Here's a few pictures of my Caddy (known as a Rabbit Truck to you guys in the states). Maybe some of you guys will appreciate it, though its not on the same level as some of the vintage tin I've seen on here.

BTW check out some 'custom' mags here in the U.K. There have been some nice 'A's built over here. You might find one and save yourself a shed load of cash!
