Nor-Cal Central Coast Hambers Swap Meet this Saturday

In case any of you Nor-Cal Hambers are interested there is a swap meet at the Marina airport this saturday 10/25/03 (Marina is between Salinas and Monterey). Its not huge but is getting bigger and last time I went I waffled about buying a Howard 5 carb manifold for a GMC 6 for $150.00 so you do find some cool stuff there, of yeah same guy had a couple of pairs of Fenton headers and some other Chev 6 stuff.....

That is a great little swap. Scored some Model A parts on the cheap there a couple of years ago.

Ted you guys should try and do a drag event there!!! It would be perfect.

Sean: There was talk of doing some bracket racing (1/8 mile) out there but I think it fizzled. They usually have some cart racing going on out there at the same time as the swap whichis pretty crazy to see as shifter carts haul ass. They also do autocross and we were going to enter the Cadillac for a laugh before it "died".

CreeperLarry: You have a model A roadster with a lawnmower gastank on it at Famoso two years ago? If so I sat and bullshitted with you for awhile! You should come over as you never know what you will find. We try to get out to the airpost around 7 AM

I go pogo: Oceans been making a shitload of noise at my house and the waves have looked ok the last few days but you have to come over and see for yourself!
