Well I joined the HAMB nearly 5 years ago just to check out all the great pics, posts and info but never really thought about posting anything myself until recently. Anyway I just realized that I never made a formal intro- I guess after 5 years I'm still a FNG, I just didn't know it. Didn't mean to be rude or break any rules, just didn't know any better.
Lived in Jersey my whole life, work as a machinist, and got a couple of old hot rods:
Some years ago I grabbed an Auto Shopper mag on the way out of the supermarket and spotted this ad

turned out the car was the Bill Kelly Coupe which had run dragstrips and terrorized the streets of Philadelphia back in the late 40's early 50's.
Here it is parked outside of Lev's Drug Store, Somerville Street Phildelphia sometme in the early 50's
