2-spd shop fan

Chelsea brand (New Britain, CT) wall or window-mount exhaust fan, never used, never mounted, new in box (tho it's prolly at least 10-yrs old). All steel fan & cage, 2-speed, 1050 RPM, motor made by Franklin Electric (Jacksonville AR). Fan is 16" in dia, overall unit measures 21" square and 8" deep. Comes with 2-spd switch. Weight is 24 lbs.
Similar size industrial fans run $175 (amazon attic fan) to $200 (an industrial fan site). Asking $95. Hard to think about the heat of summer now, I know. Shipping extra, or pick up. Thanks for looking.
