Hello, I have been encouraged to join this message board by a friend. I am building a Hot Rod, starting with a 29' Dodge DA four door sedan. It now has a 6" drop axle under the front and Maverick rear. I sold the original drive train to help pay for more parts !!!:D

Hello & Welcome to the HAMB from South Texas.
Warning!
Danger!
Quick, drop the "R" word from your HOT ROD description.
They get upset here when they see that 'word'
Good Luck!

Sweet car. It is looking good. Dodge bumpers will be hard to find so I would just go with some Ford ones and fabricate them to fit it nice but that is just what I think. Other guys on here would have good ideas and more experience.

No apology needed for me, thanks. That was a danger/warning.
Sometimes here they go "off" on a new guy that don't know any better.
I wanted to WELCOME & warn you. Great edit!
I learned long ago,...the opposite of Love is not Hate,...it's indifference.
Best of Luck!!!!

Welcome from further deep in south texas. :) Corpus Christi along the coast. :) looking good so far. Don't worry about the R word though, just dont use it haha. just kiddin. It seems many ppl on this board are traditional rodders, and the R word is for piles of shit, that someone has thrown together, using booger welds, and total junk that should not be allowed on the road, front he pic, your ride is no where near the R word. Keep us posted, you will find a great deal of EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE people here on the HAMB. The classifieds section is wicked too, just be sure you read the stickies, or lurk a lot before posting up a whole bunch of threads. Although it appears you are a seasoned rodder having previous build experience. welcome aboard.
