My new high tech, fancy dancy roller rockers don't fit under my finned valve covers. I need a spacer about a quarter inch or so. I know I can't be the first one to want to run old covers on taller rockers.
Also, I can't just go with taller valve covers. I don't have much room with the recessed fire wall.
Any and all help appreciated.

Too bad they aren't centerbolt heads. GMPP sells an"adapter" that goes from centerbolts to the old style 4 bolt. It's about 1/4 ".

I hate to say it, but Jeg's has a company they deal with called R&R. They do a 1" spacer. You can have them milled down to your heigth. I think TrickFlow does them also.
Try here:

I'd check PAW they would most likely have em and probably cheaper then jegs. if you cant go with a taller cover whats a spacer gonna do except make your cover taller?? might need the BFH for the firewall

The Fel Pro performance thick gasket is really expensive, I sell it for $30 to shops! Probably retail for $40

I used to glue two standard Felpro gaskets together and tell the people the engine was stock with the solid lifter tick! http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
Worked fine on my Big Blocks Too. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif

B&B products make a decent spacer for sbc it comes in cast finish & doesn't look like billet shite.
You can get them from PAW & the part number is B63900.
